I had the best ever experience at salon identity today; my hair was damaged and with split ends: LINDA helped me out suggested me the treatment and products and my hair looks healthy now. For the haircut i was specific of keeping my lengths and my new haircut looks so good and with much volume and style. I have been with salon identity for years now and its always been a wonderful experience. Linda u the best. Highly recommended salon.

Natalie has done an amazing job with my highlights! My roots are very dark, but she always manages to give me the blonde shade I love while keeping my hair healthy. I keep getting highlights and my hair still feels protected and nourished every time. Thank you, Salon Identity and Natalie! This photo is after my first wash at home! I also love their purple shampoo and it does not dehydrate your hair at all. I have decided that their purple shampoo works better than Olaplaex's purple shampoo for me!

This salon is outstanding - it’s in the bottom floor of the Novotel building. It’s classy. It’s cool. There’s a great vibe in the salon. (Grab a coffee in the foyer before you go in as they only have instant) Natalie is an exceptional stylist - I almost don’t want to write this review because she’ll be booked out like crazy once people learn of her unique talent and skill. Natalie is highly knowledgeable and clearly experienced - particularly in short haircuts. I have no doubt she will be a senior stylist in no time. I gave her a vibe of what I wanted showed her a couple of pictures and she absolutely nailed it. I literally got complementary comments on the colouring as I was leaving the building. It’s the best I’ve had. She is such an asset to the salon. It’s also queer friendly which I really appreciated. 🙌🏼♥️
